Nature House is an international booking platform for unique accommodations in the middle of nature. Sustainability and nature conservation are therefore at the heart of everything we do. For every booking on our platform we contribute to local nature projects. We do this with a mission to protect local biodiversity by inviting people to enjoy nature. To continue our impact growth in Germany, we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to help our guests and landlords in a personal way.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will join the support team in which you will be the contact person for the German guests and landlords. The support team consist of 9 friendly and fun colleagues that have a shared vision to help guests and landlords in a personal and respectful way.

What will be your main focus?

  • You will be fulfilling an intermediate role between German guests and landlords. These contacts take place by phone, e-mail and messages via social media;

  • The activities mainly contain solving problems, handling complaints and answering all sort of questions that are related to our booking platform;

  • You work most of the time in our booking administration system in order to make sure that bookings between guests and landlords run smoothly.

You also will be involved with (20% of your time)

  • Guiding the German landlords from onboarding till going live on our platform;

  • Checking new accommodations for a match with our concept;

  • Marketing and Sales activities such as building relationships with new selected landlords (welcome calls), contact landlords that have no bookings and answering reviews on Google and Facebook.

  • A salary between € 2.200,- and € 3.250,- based on 40 hours;
