Important note: This is a part-time job for 20 hours per week. 

Nature House is an international booking platform for a vacation in the middle of nature. Sustainability and nature proection are therefore at the heart of everything we do. For every booking on our platform you automatically donate to our local nature projects. In the past 3 years, we gave more than 360.000 euros back to nature. 

Our mission is to increase the local biodiversity by inviting people to enjoy nature. The supply in nature houses has a huge impact on our mission. Therefore, we are looking for a Sales Specialist who will boost our supply in France. We are currently entering the French market and this makes it a great opportunity to spread your sales wings with our concept in a new area. 

So, what will you do as a French Sales Specialist? 

  • Lead generation: you search online for potential nature houses in France.

  • Acquisition: You will approach the owners of the potential holiday homes by mail or phone. So, you know how to persuade someone to accept our concept in a personal way.

  • You convert organic leads into customers and support landlords in the setup process.

  • You manage your work and leads with the CRM system Hubspot

  • You will work independently and get freedom and flexibility to perform where possible. You will also regularly connect with your colleagues Cyril and Florian to tweak the French sales process.

  • As an important receiver of feedback, you signal and identify product improvements for the French market.

  • Community management: You build relationships with French landlords and you are at the start of their journey.

  • Importante note: We toast with a Gin Tonic (or a non alcoholic drink) to celebrate milestones as a team and with the rest of the organization. Its an overall team effort!

Who are you? 

  • You have 0-3 year's of experience in a commercial position.

  • You speak French on a native level.

  • You got a performance mindset, you eat KPI's for breakfast and dinner.

  • You have a proactive and inquisitive attitude to approach landlords, both by phone and email.

  • You like to work together with different teams to come to new insights about landlords, for example.
